Qualification:
Relevant BCom Degree
FAIS RE 1 and RE 5 Exam
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a retail B2C environment
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales management position
Strong knowledge of FAIS, FICA and other regulatory frameworks
Solid experience with a face-to-face distribution model in an insurance environment
Clear understanding of the financial service industry
Job Description:
Actively develop and implement tactical sales growth plan for the direct to market channel.
Ensure to translate the sales strategy into tactical execution to ensure annual sales and profit objectives are exceeded.
Provide clear direction and management to team members on the tactical sales plan.
Focus on developing new business opportunities to expand direct market shares.
Ensure the analysis of regional sales, competitor and market data.
Hands on implementation of a franchise model and drive opening of new franchise opportunities.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide coaching to the sales team in the field to ensure motivation and support.
Actively develop training tools to support the sales team.
Ensure to provide regular management and performance feedback reports.
