Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Chartered Accountant (South Africa)
Candidate must be in good standing with SAICA
Newly qualified
BCom (Honors) Accounting Science, CTA, QE1, QE2
Strong Excel skills (Essential)
GRAP, MFMA, Treasury regulations skills (Essential)
Driver’s License, Own car, Travel to the different sites. Position entails substantial reimbursable travel in the North West Province Auditor General experience (Essential)

Key responsibilities

Management of Project Accountants
Representation of JBFE Consulting (Pty) Ltd on manager level
Application advisory methodologies
Insure compliance to GRAP accounting framework
Review of Asset registers, project registers and project accountant deliverables
Drafting of reports
Liaison with Municipalities and Auditor General
Audit support services
Financial statement note drafting
Other tasks as set from time to time by Senior Manager
