General Scope

To supervise staff and kitchen operations for a section of the kitchen with the objective of preparing, producing and presenting exceptional food products in line with internal operating standards

Key Performance

The perfect candidate should be someone who is very versatile in being able to play a role in all sections and deliver a speedily result within their work ethic whilst performing at optimum ability.

Education, experience and SKILLS required:

Matric /Grade 12
Culinary Diploma or studying towards a Culinary Qualification
2 years culinary experience and track record in a similarly graded hotel / RESTAURANT kitchen environment 5*
