Leading 5 star Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their Restaurant ASAP. This is a great Hotel and excellent opportunity just before peak season!

Requirements:

Relevant qualification
Experience will be preferable
Reliable transport to and from work
Must be able to work shifts
Must reside in the Helderberg area

Some duties:

Cook consistently and enthusiastically on a high level as directed by the head chef.
Help create and cook to perfection the seasonal
Cooking and preparing for each service
Ensure his/her station and its environment (Kitchen and store rooms) spotless clean and adheres to the health and safety procedures.
Control incoming goods
