Chef - Harrismith Clarens

Salary – +/- R 15 000 plus tips. No pension or medical aid .
Live in . Accommodation is a bedroom/lounge - furnished with a kitchen & a bathroom.
Off days are 6 per month with normally 4 consecutive .

An experienced chef who will attend to all aspects of food for the lodge.

Plan menus , prep & cook 3 meals per day if necessary but normally 2 meals per day.

The candidate must be imaginative & creative & passionate about food as the lodge has a reputation for very good food.

They should be able to work on their own & want to expand their experience without having the strict normal kitchen structures.
