Chef Manager | Nigeria | 4 Star Hotel and Restaurant

We are currently looking for a CHEF MANAGER to join a 4 Star, 15 bedroom Hotel and a newly opening Restaurant in Ibadan, Nigeria. It will be an upmarket fine dining restaurant, specializing in different cuisines. The Restaurant will also be serving meals to the Hotel and banqueting venue that will mostly cater for local guests.

As ideal candidate you will have:

at least 2 years of experience in managing multi-site operations
previous experience in 4-5 star hotel
recognized hospitality qualification
very strong marketing skills
quality control and high standards
excellent training and coaching skills
outstanding operational and profit and loss knowledge
clear criminal record
valid passport (at least 2 years)
must have a valid drivers license
Pre-opening experience essential
Previous work experience in Nigeria, essential
Good communication skills
Exceptional leadership skills
Must be able to work under pressure
overall running of full operations of all outlets
reporting to business owners
management of all levels staff
coaching and training of managers and on-site staff
Salary Package

USD2 500 – 3000+ depending on experience
