Busy upmarket guesthouse in Randburg requires a talented, creative and qualified female chef and manageress with experience in 5* dining.
The applicant needs to be passionate, positive, hard-working and willing to work weekends. You will be required to manage and grow the guesthouse in a lovely garden environment with plenty of scope to express your creativity in the guesthouse.

*Key Performance Areas:
- All aspects of management in the guesthouse, including front of house and managing 3 staff members.
- Day to day running of the guesthouse, working with guests and cooking.
- Planning and catering for functions such as small weddings / high teas/luncheons.
- All systems and stock control
- Maintaining the herb and vegetable garden.
- Must be willing to grow the business as your own.

*Skills
- Marketing / Social Media skills would be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to lead a team with a positive demeanor
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Adaptable

*Qualifications and Experience
- Culinary Degree a must with 5* training and experience
- Own car and valid Drivers License
- Creating interesting and trending menu's
- General Administrative experience.
