Culinary qualification. 2 - 5 years experience in catering for functios and weddings. Passion for food, innovative and attention to detail. Calm temperament. Willing to relocate and live in the countryside. Excellent leadership skills and manage kitchen. Computer literate: Excel and Word. Fluent in English and Afrikaans both written and verbal. Well presented with excellent communication skills. Team player. Able to work under pressure. Own transport and a valid drivers licence. WIlling to work long hours.- Food orders, purchasing and stock control- Menus, costings- Managing of kitchen staff- Wedding/Conference Catering for up to 130 pax- Breakfast and dinner for Guest House guests
