Minimum requirements:

Formal qualifications in Professional Cookery / Culinary Arts
Creative and passionate about their work – meticulous and methodical workers
At least 2 – 3 years experience in specific field at that level of chef position
Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as per shift rosters
Fine dining and a la carte experience at 4 / 5 Star level
Own or reliable public transport arrangements
