This position offers an ideal opportunity for a young and dynamic person to develop his/her career as executive manager in the wine industry.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc degree (Viticulture and Oenology) or equivalent qualification, and has at least 5 years’ practical experience as a winemaker. Exceptional interpersonal- and communication skills (written and spoken - especially English) is an essential requirement of the position. A well-developed business acumen and a strategic understanding of the dynamics in the wine industry will be required. Experience in marketing and financial management will serve as a further recommendation.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsibility for all operational aspects. The KPA's of the position include, amongst others, strategic-, production-, marketing-, logistical- and financial management.
