Our client has an URGENT position for a CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER to be filled in JOHANNESBURG.
The ideal candidate will be a member of a divisional executive team responsible for overall management and leadership of the finance division. He/She will be expected to provide support to the CEO in financial and operational decision making and be part of the division’s executive management committee.

Requirements:
• Post-graduate qualification - Qualified Accountant with a recognized B.Com (Hons) / B Comp. - Accounting degree or equivalent;
• A Registered member of a professional institution as a chartered accountant or equivalent;
• CFA qualification, MBA qualification or equivalent (Advantageous);
• +5 years track at executive financial management and leadership level
• Essential to have Financial services or banking experience;
• Ability to negotiate high-valued deals and conclude complicated business transactions;
• Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
• Advanced Excel and advanced financial modelling;
• Sql for reporting (Advantageous).

Salary: Dependent on experience.
