Job Description:

Overseeing the finance function of the company while focusing on business process optimization

Reporting on and mitigating company risk

Implement and improve on existing controls

Oversee monthly reporting; ensuring that accounting records are accurate and established standards are adhered to

Develop financial and tax strategies

Development of new business models

Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
