Chief Financial Officer

Key Performance Areas: 
• Development, Monitoring and Utilization of Internal Control Systems 
• Take control of the entity's overall financial and accounting function 
• Budget preparation and overall budget control 
• Generate profit center reports, draft and interpretation and discussion of monthly management statements 
• Preparation of financial statements - Good IFRS knowledge required 
• Communication with auditors and preparation for audit 
• Be responsible for financial management of business 
• Providing financial advice to the Board

Requirements: 
• An appropriate degree in Accounting / Financial Management with financial and cost accounting 
• At least 10 years experience in such environment (it would be beneficial if experienced in the agricultural / food industry) 
• Knowledge of Navision and Jet reports would be beneficial
Post graduate studies and/or CA qualification will be advantageous.
