Introduction:
Responsible for the overall leadership of the investment function, including development of all investment strategies and processes

Job Spesification:
• Net interest income growth for the year per budget by preparing and processing of Interest rate proposals to segments in the group
• Increase Investment Products and services to existing commercial customers.
• Drive an increase in average balance of specific portfolio of liabilities as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the Business
• Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
• Maximise Business Portfolio cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
• Develop and maintain a partnership model with staff in the area to facilitate strategic decisions and the application of value add practices.
• Benchmark market performance levels and business concepts to aid in target setting
• Drive and deliver exceptional specialist service through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
• Provide information to Finance department on both income and expenditure budgets for the functional area to prepare accurate financial forecasts

• Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
