Our client in the Health and Wellness industry seeks the services of an AA/BEE candidate for the above role.
NB. Only SA nationals from a Health and Wellness background will be considered.
Salary ZAR1.1m
REPORTING TO Chief Executive Officer
JOB PURPOSE
• Provision of exceptional service delivery to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Management of Operations team
o Represent function at relevant forums and present monthly reports
• Manage the access and delivery of services for customers in the Call Centre, including:
o Wellbeing engagement communications
Content management of 24 client websites
Client communications, including monthly newsletters, and adhoc campaigns
o Wellbeing Companions
The registration of eligible employees/members on to the relevant programmes
The sourcing of appropriate services and scheduling of appointments for employees/members
o Wellbeing Promotion
Event management (coordination and implementation) of onsite wellbeing screenings
o Wellbeing Coaching
Coaching of employees/members on physical and medical wellbeing, such as diet, exercise, sleep, maternity and chronic disease support
Coaching of employees/members on psychosocial wellbeing matters
o Wellbeing Networks
Management of the recruitment and development of wellbeing professional network

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION)
• EE candidate
• A Master’s Degree in health and/or wellbeing preferred
• At least 10 years’ of proven track record in a similar role, with experience in the wellbeing and/or related industry preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS
• Individual leadership – using appropriate styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals (direct reports, peers, and supervisors) towards goal achievement: modifying behaviour to accommodate tasks, situations, and individuals involved
• Delegation of authority and responsibility – allocating decision making authority and task responsibilities to appropriate subordinates: utilising subordinates time, skills and potential
