Our Client in the Retail Banking Industry is seeking an experienced incumbent to translate Company objectives into executable plans in terms of the banks digital vision and to optimise the ROI by leading and ensuring that product owners are synchronised in delivering the most valuable product features for our clients.

YOU WILL HOLD THE FOLLOWING PRIMARY EXPERIENCE / DETAIL:
• Matric / Grade 12 essential
• Commerce-related Tertiary Qualification (Degree/Diploma)
• Management Development Training (advantageous)
• Retail Banking: Online banking through connected devices (Smart phone; tablet; Desktop) as well as mobile (USSD) capabilities
• Mobile Payments: Wallet payment capabilities for face to face; In-App and on-line payments; Masterpass; Tokenisation etc.
• Applicable regulatory requirements: SARB–NPS; PASA; MasterCard and Visa Product and Operating Regulations; NCA etc.
• Agile Development Methodology
• 8-10 years retail banking experience at an on-line (digital) banking channel/product development level
• At least 5 years personnel management experience
• Experience of card payment as well as electronic channel management (in areas such as POS and ATM’s; SST etc.) will be advantageous
• Experience in the development of digital payment related products (different applications in development)
• Willing to work after hours / over weekends when required
• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence are pre-requisites
• Be able to travel internationally or nationally when required
