Minimum Qualifications, skills and experience: Appropriate engineering degree - Must be Professionally registered - Minimum 5 years experience in project / programme management - Sound knowledge of the housing code, DOHS subsidy project application process, NHBRC requirements and building regulations, background in foundation design and house building The ideal candidate will be required to take responsibility for and manage a number of rural and integrated housing projects through the entire project lifecycle; this person will also be required to have acknowledge of soil conditions and its effects on foundation requirements for small buildings
