Gauteng, Midrand area salary negotiable a well known organization are seeking to employ a Claims Assessor for their organization.

The individual will be responsible for managing long term claims on an ongoing basis, ensure claims that need to be escalated further are done so in an appropriate and timeous manner, Ensure effective claim validations using standard checklists and ensuring the successful claims assessment and decision making through effective judgement of evidence received (Medical, Occupational and Financial).

Matric/Grade12
Occupational Therapy degree (BOT or BSC.OT) or Physiotherapy and registration with the HPCSA in relevant category preferred
Anatomy and physiology beneficial
Minimum 4 years' experience within Life Insurance industry
Relevant Medical and Insurance claims preferred
