Leading insurance firm is seeking a Claims Consultant who is experienced with Personal and Commercial Lines. Short-term insurance experience preferable.

Some of the duties will include:

o Manage claims in terms of claims SLA
o Negotiate settlement
o Keep the operational system updated
o Complaints resolution

Minimum requirements include:

o Full Qualification (Short-term Insurance)
o RE 1 / RE 5
o DOFA Confirmation
o At least 2 years’ relevant experience
