Claims Consultant with 3- 5 years’ claims handling experience (personal and commercial lines), required to coordinate and oversee, manage and negotiate claims settlements.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• NQF 4 Short Term Insurance
• RE essential
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience essential
• DOFA confirmation from FSB
• Ski/Genasys knowledge advantageous

Responsibilities:
• Finalising personal and commercial claims end-to -end
• Register claims and appoint assessors
• Manage claims process
• Make decisions re merit of claims
• Negotiate settlements
• Manage salvage process (motor and non-motor)
• Detection and management of fraudulent indicators
• Update operations system
• Feedback to all stakeholders
• Complaints resolution
