REQUIREMENTS
Matric with extensive industry experience
• Degree in Health Sciences (Occupational Therapy, Physiology, Physiotherapy) is preferable
• 5 years minimum experience in life insurance underwriting or claims
• Relevant insurance knowledge, applicable regulatory requirements and legislations
• Experience of retail protection market product offering will be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES
To establish a market leading claims management philosophy and practice in retail claims through
developing assessment tools, using leading edge technologies and establishing ongoing claims
research capability
