You need atleast 6 years management experience, leading a team of up to 25 - 40 staff members, driving performance, motivating the team and applying your commercial lines knowledge. Our environment is fast paced and operate under extreme pressure, yuo need to be able to go beyond the normal call of duty of service our clients.

Your qualifications will include successfully passed RE exam {Key Individual advantageous}, full qualification in short term insurance and happy to be a leader of note.
