Cleaner Supervisor – Aviation logistics

Educational Requirements:
Matric (Must have non- negotiable and able to provide a copy of the certificate)
Relevant qualification in business

Experience Requirements:
At least 2- 3 years’ relevant experience in managing team
Must be well spoken in English
Must be computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Must be able to problem solve
Must be able to work shifts
Must be able to manage staff
Must have a valid driver’s license (Code 10 & PDP)

Accountable for:
Ensuring highest levels of cleaning
Ensuring procedures & instructions are followed
Ensuring all weekly or daily reports are completed and submitted on time
Ensuring timely team performance
Ensuring relevant OHS within area

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate team of cleaners
Monitor service levels, cleanliness & behaviour
Ensuring team reaches targets
Inspecting completed work
Transporting team
Liaising with customers and management
Submitting handover reports
Attending to customer complaints
Housekeeping function is completed before the end of shift
Ensuring instructions are followed and adhered to
Ensuring company policy & procedures adhered to
Assisting with any additional tasks as needed


Additional info:
Salary R8000 – R12 000 Gross per month
Must have own transport and a valid license (code 10)
Must be willing to work shifts
