Our Durban based client in the Cleaning / Hygiene Sector is looking for an Integrated Admin Assistant to join their team. Preference will be given to candidates with Cleaning / hygiene knowledge

PURPOSE:          

Responsible for Supporting Administratively to Cleaning Manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS:             

- Matric

¨  2 to 3 years related admin experience

¨  Payroll experience

¨  Computer Literacy

¨  Good interpersonal skills

¨  Ability to work under pressure

¨  Good oral and Written Communication Skills

¨  Accuracy

¨  Good Organisation Skills

¨  Telephone Skills

¨  Knowledge of cleaning industry will be an advantage

 

JOB FUNCTION:

¨  Creating various spread sheets – ppe / medicals

¨  Preparing and ensuring staff files are kept up to date

¨  Preparing site files and to ensure that they are kept up to date

¨  Prepare monthly timesheets and to capture information on master timesheet

¨  Filing and ensuring filing is kept up to date

¨  Processing of chemical orders

¨  Managing Health and Safety Documents – Toolbox talks, risk assessments, induction booklets, and safe work instructions.

¨  Prepare for safety audits

¨  Assisting with general admin duties

¨  Preparing files for Integrated Service and Window Service Schedule and ensuring dates are adhered to.

¨  Stock take

¨  Manage PRP clockings

¨  Adhoc duties

¨  Meet deadlines

¨  Accuracy

¨  Client liaison
