KEY PURPOSE
To ensure professional cleaning service whilst maintaining hygiene standards in the cleaning operations

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain a system of cleaning
Issue supplies and consumables to staff as needed and monitor
Inspect facilities for conformity with health and safety policies, procedures and checklists
Shift management and staff supervision
Effectively source a pool of temporary workers pool within area of operation
Compile daily financial reports
Compile stock and inventory control including monthly asset counts
Complete the monthly payroll

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Recognised qualification in the hospitability or cleaning industry
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cleaning operations
A valid South African driver’s license
Must have own vehicle
