JOB TITLE: Client Executive – Partner Manager - Mid Level
REPORTING TO: GM Client Management Services

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: To maintain and grow the company's relationships with existing partners, identify and recruit new partners, develop new blue-sky business opportunities with our partners.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
o Manages the company's partner environment.
o Proactively recruit and qualify new partners.
o Compile and update the monthly report on partner activities and Sales pipeline.
o To identify and sign on new clients using the company's partner network.
o To ensure that agreed financial and growth targets are met in line with set targets.
o To take ultimate accountability for driving of the full client services process.
o To act as trusted advisor to partners for all company's services.
o To selectively identify, qualify and manage opportunities within the existing account base, as well as opportunities for new products sets.
o To accurately complete and update the designated partner plans on an ongoing basis.
o Review progress as compared to budget quarterly.
o Profitability and sales involves establishing and achieving sales and profitability goals and increasing the Companies market share.
o Establish sales goals and develop plans to achieve them.
o Ensure that new clients acquired through the partner is efficiently handed over to suitable Client Executive and properly imbedded.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY INCUMBENT:
o Matric.
o Tertiary education, preferably in a technical or business degree or diploma or BCom Degree or Project Management Certificate.
o Minimum of 5-7 years in ICT related industry, at least 3 of which in a Senior Client Management role.
o Knowledge of Business Continuity, back-up and Resilience practices will be an advantage.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE BY INCUMBENT:
o Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
o Additional qualifications towards management or technical degrees.
