RedCat Recruitment is seeking a CLIENT LIAISON MANAGER (MEDICAL AID INDUSTRY) for a national concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
3yrs+ relevant tertiary qualification/s.
3yrs+ previous management experience.
Sound understanding of Medical Scheme Industry.
Strong leadership skills.
Must have a passion for customer service.
Self-motivated and pro-active, attention to detail, results and targets driven, analytical.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills, conflict management skills.
Must be a good team player.

Will be required to manage and lead a Client Service business unit.
Will be required to provide support to the Senior Manager through the implementation of the following key Performance Areas (KPAs)
- to manage the daily operations of the Unit.
- to manage and develop the Unit’s employees.
- to report on the activities of the Unit.

Salary offered: R30 000-00 – R35 000-00 per month (CTC) (negotiable
