A leading telecommunications service provider based in Centurion has an exciting job opportunity for a Client Liaison Officer to join their team. The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for liaising with customers regarding issues such as queries, suspended accounts, cancellations and reconciliations

Your key job responsibilities as the Client Liaison Officer in Centurion will include:

- Liaising with customers on a daily basis
- Sending emails/faxes and SMS’s with regards to cancellations
- Handling of service and link cancellations whereby various departments will be involved
- Updating the cancellation web page
- Updating notes on Proman based on customer instructions daily.
- Logging recoveries
- Updating various excel spreadsheets pertaining to cancellation charges
- Following up with customers regarding the return of the devices via phone call
- Sending out bulk emails and bulk SMS’s
- Creating a spreadsheet which needs to be sent to Nudebt for naedo
- Dealing with Nudebt regarding cancellation Naedo’s.
- Re-e-mailing/faxing invoices and statements to customers upon request.
- Liaising with customers regarding issues such as queries, suspended accounts, cancellations, reconciliations etc…
- Standing in for colleagues in the Client Liaison Dept when they are on leave.
- Ensure that phone calls received are answered timeously and attended to in a professional and courteous manner.
- Updating ICASA complaints file
- Handling general queries: Suspensions and Un-suspensions
- Updating of banking details
- Handling modem transfers on Proman
- Filing
- Handling missing burnt/stolen device queries
- Updating Proman with contact and physical address details

Requirements for the Client Liaison Officer job in Centurion:

- Matric, with Accounting as a subject
- Have knowledge of diginet and fibre processes
- Computer Skills Required: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
