The individual will be able to maintain existing and potential customer data base information, follow up on initial contacts & customer calls, handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email and manage resolve customer complaints

Matric/Grade12
Must computer literacy
2 years exp in cold calling and face to face sales
2 years exp in customer service
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Own reliable transport
