Responsibilities/ Duties:

1. Identifying opportunities for growing customer base to achieve sales targets and results.

2. Provide visible support in resolving client concerns and challenges through facilitating internal business solutions.

3. Proactively ensure through partnership with cross functional and specialisation teams, the creation of transport and logistics solutions to meet client’s on going and changing needs.

4. Provide and enhance target customer business intelligence and reporting through the establishment and development of strongly valued relationships with the customers.

5. Increase confidence in and the reputation of the business in respect of any and all stakeholders, driving brand awareness and loyalty.

6. Develop and establish relationships with internal teams such as operations and through these partnerships ensure seamless and quality service to the client and implementation / reimplementation.

7. Liaise with operations to identify non sustainable / profitable business.

8. Act as a point of control of data and information of the sales and servicing cycle through the maintenance of the CRM system and functionality. Measurement: CRM KPI’s.

9. Ensure that all activities in the area of responsibility are compliant with current legal and company specific regulations.
