Client Manager - Stellenbosch

Job Description:

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact (meetings, email and phone)
* Work closely with operational team to ensure campaigns are implemented and up and running in a timely manner
* Stay on top of the performance of key campaigns and optimise where necessary
* Ensuring that client needs and requirements are understood, interpreted and communicated accurately and that their expectations are managed at all times
* Deal professionally and effectively with any complaints/issues that may arise from clients
* Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients
* Conduct new client training sessions
* Where relevant, approve publisher applications on behalf of clients
* Keep a log of account management consulting hours to be invoiced each month
* Liaise with finance team to ensure invoices are accurate
* Compile quarterly reports and present to clients during quarterly follow-up meetings
* Attend industry events and continuously increase contact network
* Continuously stay up to date with market trends

Requirements:

* Matric
* Tertiary qualification (in marketing sector an advantage)
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Very good interpersonal skills - ability to network, confident and outgoing
* Ability to identify, work towards and achieve targets
* Knowledge of technology, digital media, online advertising and marketing principles
* Proficiency in computer software campaigns, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
* The ability to create and maintain relationships with customers
* Co-operative, positive can-do attitude
* Attention to detail, good organisational skills
* Excellent telephone manner
