Purpose:

Ensure business retention within a specific base of clients through continuous growth, innovation and quantified value thereby ensuring client centric relationships are protected.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification Sales; Logistics; Supply Chain etc
• At least 3 years client facing sales / client interaction experience.
• Own reliable vehicle reflecting a professional image coupled with a valid driver's license.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Visio, Flow Chart.

Duties:

• Protect, grow and innovate the existing client portfolio to ensure sustainability and growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction by understanding and managing their requirements in line with service offerings.
• Ensure accurate customer invoices are raised, delivered and paid timeously in collaboration with necessary stakeholders.
• Formulate and manage the budget and business plan in line with strategic objectives of the company.
• Ensure operational KPi’s are met through operational governance and compliance and in line with contractual requirements.
• Compile and submit accurate reports on time, in order to offer service excellence for various components of the business (clients, sites, self, etc.).
• Develop and initiate industries and product relevant solutions and best practise to differentiate us as market leaders.
• Effectively interact/liaise with relevant stakeholders in order to achieve five star quality to the client.
