Client Service Consultant - Investment Industry (JOHANNESBURG BASED - NO RELOCATION TO CAPE TOWN REQUIRED FOR TRAINING.

Main Objective of role:

Blue Chip Financial Services Company is seeking to employ a Client Service Consultant to telephonicallyservice internal/external clients/brokers with regard to new business, switches, redemptions, deceased estates, transfers and queries for all Domestic Unit Trusts, Offshore Mutual Funds, Individual Retirement and Products & Endowment products

QUALIFICATIONS

*Relevant business degree or studying towards a relevant qualification eg BCom Economics, BCom Law with Economics, BCom Economics and International Trade, BCom Risk Management, BCom PPE BBSc etc. You need to at least have obtained your qualication or are in your second year of studies.

*Matric/Grade 12

* 1 year contact centre experience OR

* 1 year client services experience eg. banking or similar

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Bilingual

* Clean Credit Record

* No Criminial Record

* Computer Literate (ms word, excel, outlook etc)


Responsibilities and Duties will include, inter alia:-

* Ensuring an excellent quality of service is given to clients at all times
* Online accounts verification and activation
* Build and establish relationships at all levels with internal departments
* Ensure problems solved within SLA
* Ensure to revolve any other issues that might arise
* Pprovide support to the correspondence and walk-in-centre teams as and when required
* Completing of administrative and tasks
* Keep accurate and detailed stats of all queries and correspondence
* Ensure audit trails are filed systematically and simple to find
* Identifying and proposing solutions to process and service related failures
* To supply marketing material via various Media forms to all interested parties
* Database updates and information maintenance
