Insurance Company, with a branch based in Kimberley, has a vacancy for a Client Services Administrator.

The person will be responsible for the providing of professional first line support to clients and sales support.
RENDER CLIENT SERVICES
Adhere to client service procedures re maturities, policy contracts, loan applications, cancellations, and amendments, financial and general enquiries (incoming calls and walk-in clients)
Updating of client personal details on the system
Provide advice to clients on products and services
Inform clients and update changes to their policies
Escalation of complaints to the Office Manager
ADMINISTRATE CLAIMS
Verify claims document as per standard procedures
Assist clients with completion of claim forms
Submitting of claims received to HQ
Keep claims register up to date
ADVICE CLIENTS ON CANCELLATIONS
Advice client of the cancellation process and the disadvantages thereof
Retain policies by proposing different options (loan, partial surrender paid up)
ADMINISTRATE DEMUTUALIZATION PROCESS
Capture of client info
Inform client of status of shares
GENERAL OFFICE ADMIN
FIT AND PROPER REQUIREMENTS
Adhere and comply to FSB board notice in terms of FAIS

Requirements
Matric
Recognised qualification as per the FSB
RE5 (Representative) - non-negotiable
Registration with the FSB
2 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
1 year client services exp
1 year experience in Category A, B, C and retail benefits
