MSP represents a private hospital who seeks to employ a Clinical Training Specialist within their ICU who will be responsible for working alongside the Clinical Facilitator in training all newly appointed ICU staff and teaching Post Basic Critical Care students.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• Registered with the SANC as a Professional Nurse
• Post basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing Sciences
• Preferably a qualification in Nursing Education, but not a prerequisite
• A minimum of 3 years’ solid nursing experience within the Adult ICU
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise on various levels
