Our client is based in Cape Town Airport area and is currently looking for a Clinical Trials Recruiter to join their fast-growing, dynamic team.

Job type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP
NIGHT SHIFT ONLY! 3pm-12am (midnight) free transport provided after working hours
Salary: Depending on skills R9 000 – R13 000, R1 000 attendance bonus + commission and more

Non-negotiable:
• Ability to work night shift
• The applicant must be a Medical Graduate and in possession of a completed Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Life Sciences or Medical Sciences ie; caregiver, nurse practitioner, medical students, paramedic
• Clear neutral English accent
• Solid understanding of chronic illnesses

Requirements:
• No previous experience in recruitment needed / Clear Criminal Record
• Have an excellent command of the English language and good writing skills
• Have strong network skills
• Have an excellent phone manner and the ability to engage professionally with clients
• Are comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
• Are organised and have good time management skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Are a team-player
• Are computer literate, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Duties:
• Scope of the position would include contacting USA and Canadian patients with a particular health condition who happen to live close to a specific clinical site and match them up with relevant clinical trials
• Your relevant medical knowledge will be a benefit to converse confidently and knowledgeably with patients
• Full training will be provided by client About the applicant
• It is imperative for the successful incumbent to have a solid understanding of chronic illnesses
• High level of professionalism, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
