Ensure a positive status roll rates,
Documenting business requirements, existing and proposed processes
Proactively indentifying areas for improvement
Analyse the problem using a range of collection data, detect patterns and provide a business explanation for those patterns
Identify problems and bottleneck, formulate proposals to maximise benefits and minimize risk
Perform analysis to support decision -making

5 years experience in debt collections and recoveries and unsecured microlending
3 years experience in data analysis (The ability to proof both)
