Main Purpose:
Accountable for the full Operational administration management function within the Collections, Recoveries and Fraud Departments. Accountable for managing administration staff to ensure effective execution of operational requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Managing of Operational Budgets for Collections, Recoveries and Fraud
• Maintain a structure sufficient to meet Audit processes and requirements
• Payment Channel Strategy and monitoring
• Accurate processing and reconciliations of all Vendor payments and Commission
• Customer and External Debt Collections query management
• External Debt Collections support
• Ensure that resources are adequately trained, developed and supported
• Measure department performance with appropriate metrics to ensure Collections Strategies and Tactical objectives are met
• Monitoring and performance management of daily production
• Responsible for maintaining key strategic relationships with the Executives, Senior Managers, External Debt Collections Agencies and support staff
• Deploy continuous process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of existing resources

Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree/Diploma in either Commerce, Credit Management, Auditing or Law
• Experience in Lending & Retail Industry Collections preferred
• Knowledge of External Debt Collections Industry
• Minimum 3 years Administration Management experience
