Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree
- Candidate needs to be a Quantity Surveyor with 10 years' experience at QS level
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role within property / commercial environment
- Needs to be commercially astute and client facing
- Must have the ability to drive processes
- WinQS experience favourable but not essential
