Job Description:
Food services / FMCG company has an exciting opportunity within their legal department.

Manage diaries of the Head of Legal Counsel and Franchise Project Specialist. Follow up on outstanding payments via finance to and from all franchisees and applicants whether through the bank or via the appropriate journals and sub-accounts. Regulate and manage all franchise debtors (including coordinating recovery / repayment where applicable) and ensure that a high level of risk consciousness is maintained at all times.
Assist in undertaking financial evaluations of applicants and franchisees.

Matric + relevant legal qualification advantageous. 5+ years experience in Finance & administration. Legal / corporate background (Financial & Banking) Advanced level of debt collection and telecommunication skills. Computer literate
