COMMERCIAL MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION), ROSSLYN, RNEG

• MUST HAVE EXP AS COMMERCIAL MANAGER IN CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENT
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent commercial drafting skills in the English language
• Ability to use MS Office
• Be fully conversant in English
• A minimum of 6 years post article experience
• Extensive experience in the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
• Extensive knowledge of contract and construction law
• Extensive knowledge of WARRANTIES and GUARANTES
• Extensive knowledge of construction contracts (NEC & FIDIC)
• Contract risk analysis
• Negotiation experience to finalise contracts
• Ability to rapidly determine key issues in any conflict / dispute

Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Scrutinising of tender documents and formulation of tender conditions
• Negotiation of contracts
• Formulation of constractual claims
• Drafting of contracts
• Ensuring the correct WARRANTIES and GUARANTEE’S
• Contract administration
• Cash flow management & Final Account
• Monthly cost Reprts
• Risk Management
• Work procurement and tendering
