Qualification:
Electrical Engineering qualification
Financial qualification and/or certificate (adv)

Skills & Experience:
Reviewing enquiry documents to establish bid strategy
Supervising preparation for tenders
Experience in contract performance; commercial relationships; negotiations and risk management
Knowledgeably of Post-delivery risk; project planning; project progression and contract law.
Knowledge of commercial processes and knowledge of Electrical reticulation (adv)
5+ years’ experience
