Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience in managing a multi-disciplined department within the automotive industry
- Proven track record in resolving contractual or commercial problems
- Strong procurement background
- Superior negotiation skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of a business
- Knowledge and experience in communications with OEM's
- Fluency in German or Spanish is essential

Responsibilities:
- Developing, improving and implementing standard terms and conditions that companies engage with
- Establishing and managing trading and business relationships
- Tracking and management of resource availability and scheduling on assigned projects
- Responsible for profitable management of projects
- Interpreting customer requirements and align these requirements with best practice solutions
- Control risk management of various projects
- Actively seek new business opportunities
- Monitor commercial movements, CPI and operational changes
