Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Engineering / Management degree
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive processes
- Knowledge of Project management techniques
- Experience with APQP processes and deliverables
- Experience with system design and development principles

Responsibilities:
- Manage the project deliverables for respective projects
- Lead the team to deliver timing / cost and product performance objectives
- Control, track and report programme status
- Define workload and resource requirements
- Ensure all relevant company procedures are adhered to
- Manage APQP and Launch Review Process
- Monitor purchase order control and accuracy
- Change management costing
- Maintain records of capital investment, tooling and piece price recovery
- Develop and maintain costing database
- Prepare monthly sales forecast
- Compile and analyse data
