CIMA complete



Skills & Experience:

3-6 years working experience in a Manufacturing, Product environment

Navision ERP Systems

Strong Excel and Computer skills

Exposure to Costing

Good Commercial acumen

Exceptional people management skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills



Job Description:

Implementing and developing improved financial policies, systems, procedures and internal controls.

Supporting and leading the financial functions and decisions of the business and the Board of Directors.

Negotiating Company contracts with suppliers.

Preparing annual consolidated financial statements.

Overseeing monthly management accounting and drafting monthly commentary.

Managing and planning annual budgeting process and monthly variance reporting.

Managing the logistics function including distribution and procurement.

Responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions processes.

Controlling and managing all IT Systems and functions within the Company.

Risk and Corporate Governance management.

Preparing forecasts and scenario planning.

Planning and managing the year-end process and liaising with auditors.



Responsible for two sites, one in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg.

Travel to Johannesburg required once every two-three months.
