We have an opportunity for you to work with one of the most respected organisations in the country, based in the beautiful, bustling Mother City.
You will be:- Evaluating and directing applications for new Voice services;
- Compiling VoIP phone instructions to telephone fitters;
- Maintaining of telecommunication equipment and user records;
- The telecoms voice operational planner's assistant; and,
- Securitising vendor telecom accounts for non-existing services.
Your job functions will include:- Reporting to the Technician, voice operational planning;
- Evaluate and direct applications for new voice services in Share Point;
- Compiling VoIP phone instructions to fitters in Sharepoint;
- Maintaining of telecommunication equipment and user records; and,
- Logging calls and tracking for the installation of replacement services or/and recovery.
You're going to need a basic understanding of telecommunications and the ability to communicate with customers. Your qualifications should include telecommunication network and customer record systems, and NQF 3 with relevant Telecoms courses.
Five years' telecommunication company experience (understanding of Telecommunication products, commercial processes, PABX environment and access network) is a must and it is required that you have good written and verbal communication skills, and are computer literate.
