Responsibilities:
Incumbents are expected to assist the company in becoming the preferred security partner for all potential customers in Saudi Arabia. Must assist the company in maintaining and building up the customer portfolio in the local market by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships. Plan marketing processes and procedures by identifying opportunities, new projects and leads. Responsible for reaching set targets for sales turnover, margin and market share. Manage the administrative function of the Saudi Arabia Branch.
The candidates will report to the Export Director for the Middle East Region.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications/experience:
• Tertiary technical diploma or degree (Engineer, Architect or similar)
• Minimum of 8 years business development/commercial experience required
• Business Management experience would be advantageous
• Experience within the security and/or fencing industry would be highly advantageous
• Ability to build and manage a business development pipeline
• Ability to sell technical solutions to ensure successful negotiation
• A self-starter who can take initiative and is able to work with limited direction
• Candidate will be expected to travel locally and internationally as business requires
• Must have notable skill in the following areas:
o Business Skills
o Experience in establishing plans
o Negotiation Skills
o Communication Skills
o Drive and inspire employees towards results
MUST BE FLUENT IN ARABIC

Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for developing new growth opportunities for perimeter security with local partners by:
o Hunting for opportunities by maintaining personal networks
o Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities
o Maintaining a pipeline of partnership prospects and opportunities in the local market
o Continuously growing local sale of all products
• In order to realise growth and innovation in the business, work closely with potential, local customers for optimal solutions
o Link the customer needs with the capabilities of the company and design a proposal that offers added value for both parties
o Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategy, financials, etc.
