COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
FIXED-TERM CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS - PROJECT

The purpose of this role is to provide specialist advice and executes Category Management activities in line with specified guidelines and business requirements to confirm surety and supply and minimum supply risk for the business
Degree/BTECH/National Diploma in Mining Engineering / Engineering / Commercial
A MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN EITHER COMMERCIAL OR TECHNICAL (PROJECT DELIVERY AND EXECUTION / CONTRACT MANAGEMENT) OF WHICH 1 YEARS MUST HAVE BEEN IN A SUPERVISORY CAPACITY;
4 YEARS RSQUO; EXPERIENCE WORKING ON SAP/1SAP IS ESSENTIAL;
EXPERIENCE IN THE MINING ENVIRONMENT ADVANTAGEOUS
Applies Category Management processes in alignment to design intent, local operating procedures, Audit & Procedures obligations;
Develop effective relationships with internal business leaders to understand business requirements, to forecast, demand and verify established contracts are effective;
Collects requirements and analyses key data inputs from multiple sources (internal and external) to build robust category and sourcing strategies;
Develops category strategies that minimise supply risk to the business, optimise cost and contribute to process automation;
Plans and executes portfolio of sourcing projects enabling category strategies and manage on-time delivery minimising disruption to the business operations
RATE + BEN NEGOTIABLE
