Knowledge, experience and traits
An in-depth and thorough knowledge on Southern Africa luxury Product and Logistics and preferably East Africa
In depth Tourplan knowledge and experience especially using FastBook
Experience using WETU is preferable
Excellent Basic Computer, Word & Excel skills
Good writing skills
Well- developed communication skills
Well- developed people skills
Maximizer knowledge is an advantage
Minimum 2 years or more in a reservations or luxury tour operating environment
An innate passion for sharing knowledge and encouraging and inspiring learners

Strong administration skills and previous systems experience to be able to complete collation, design and implementation of the Systems Training that is currently being used in the Commercial Team
In-depth product knowledge to be able to complete, collate, design and implement the Destinations training modules
Consistency, stamina, discipline and reliability needed to train all the relevant training material agreed on
Writing skills, time-keeping and communication skills to ensure accurate feedback with solutions to the respective manager for each training session
Pro-activeness, curiosity and networking skills to ensure that the training material is up to date, responding to current generational needs as well as becoming more multi-media focused
High emotional IQ and people skills so as to consult with all levels of people in the Commercial Business
