Large Hospitality Outsourcing company requires a Complex General Manager to oversee the F&B, Event and Banqueting of their unit in Port Elizabeth. The candidate will be responsible for over 700 staff members, the operations of a night club, 5 restaurants, 10 bars and a 6000 pax arena. Manage stock and cash as well as assets. Overseeing the full banqueting operations, implementing the business plan, support and manage HR & IR, cost control, financial control, staff and guest / client relations.
